Orders
GiGi New York takes pride in processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Our processing times for non-personalized orders are approximately 3 to 5 business days. Our processing time for personalized orders is approximately 5 to 7 business days. Choosing an expedited method does NOT affect the processing time for the order.Graphic Image cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries by the carrier. It is up to the carrier to deliver your package on time.
We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed.
We do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, any orders $200 or more qualifies for free shipping.
For any orders less than $200 shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered various shipping method choices and their prices.

If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address on the order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier directly and open an investigation. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states “DELIVERED” to the shipping address.
UPS, Federal Express, USPS and Graphic Image and GiGi New York are not insured to cover theft of a delivered package.
You still have a few options to try to recoup some of your loss or prevent this in the future:
Credit Card Protections: Many credit card companies offer purchase protection for lost or stolen goods. Check with your credit card provider to see if your purchase is eligible for reimbursement.
Homeowners or Renters Insurance: Some policies include coverage for packages or items stolen from your property. This might be worth exploring if the item’s value is substantial.
Shipping with Signature Required: For future shipments, requesting a signature for delivery or scheduling a specific delivery window can help prevent package theft.
Click the "My Account" icon at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at 1-800-232-5550.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product or a defective product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can reach us by phone at 1-800-232-5550 (8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday - Friday) or by email customerservice@giginewyork.com.
International Shipping
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" icon at the top right hand side of our site. During sign-up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. During the checkout process you may choose your payment options and continue to place your order.
International orders have the same processing times as domestic orders. International shipping rates are based on the following: chosen delivery option, weight and size of the order, delivery location and live rates directly from FedEX. To find out the cost of international shipping, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can enter the country of origin and choose which method of shipment you would like.
Please Note: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
International customers for shipments to countries outside of the U.S. are liable for all import duties, taxes and customs fees that will be charged by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery. Customs fees are non-refundable.
In the event that you choose to refuse the delivery of your order you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges to and from your country. The rejected package will be returned to GiGi New York and the cost of 2-way international shipping plus customs fees will be deducted from your refund. Please contact customerservice@giginewyork.com with any questions or concerns prior to paying customs fees.
If the order is a gift, the package will be marked 'Gift' on the customs form. However, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require a declared value of the gift item directly on the package.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original GiGi New York receipt, invoice, or gift receipt. Without your original receipt, invoice, or gift receipt, you will be offered a merchandise credit for the lowest or discounted selling price of the item.
Monogrammed items and items marked down 40% or more, is considered a Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If original purchase included a bonus gift, bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price.
Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If return is not in original, sellable condition a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please call customer service at 1-800-232-5550 between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST., Monday through Friday or email us at customerservice@giginewyork.com.

Hold onto your shipping receipt and packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
Styles personalized through our monogramming program are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received a gift but didn’t love it, you can return your products for store credit. To request a gift return, have the original order number and the gifter’s email address and email customer service at customerservice@giginewyork.com. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.f
Items marked down 40% or more are a final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Click on the "My Account" icon on the top right side of our website. Click on "Don't have an account? Create one." underneath the "Login" button. Register your information, and then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. In January 2020, we moved e-commerce platforms that reset all customer account data. Which means if you have not logged into your account since then, you will need to reset your password. If you are having any trouble, please contact customer service.
Guarantees
Enjoy a one-year warranty on our handbags and small leather goods. For any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, repairs are on us (our apologies!). You will need to submit the original date of purchase to be protected by our one-year limited warranty.
The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse or California. The GiGi New York warehouse is located in Melville, N.Y.

Coupons & Giftcards
After adding items to your cart, click the cart icon on the top right of the website page. Once the right-hand panel pops open, click "View Cart" at the bottom. View your cart, and then proceed to click the "Checkout" button. On the right side, you'll see a box that reads "Gift card or discount code." Enter in your coupon code into the box and then click "APPLY" for the discount to take effect. Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon, offer, or sale. Coupon discounts apply to subtotal only.

No, there are no SMS, email, or website promo codes that can be combined. Only one promo code can be applied per order and do not apply to already discounted, sale, or outlet items, unless otherwise specified.
